عربة تسوق: addItem تزيد الكمية إذا كان المنتج موجوداً وإلا تضيفه، و removeItem تحذفه، و totalPrice مجموع السعر × الكمية، و itemCount مجموع الكميات. (يُفحص الكود بنيوياً.)
